About This Wine:

This wine brings back memories of picking blackberries as a child. The flavors were incredible but oh... the dreaded thorns!

Oregon blackberries as big as thumbs, are fermented on the skins just as you would ferment red grapes. Pressed at close to dryness and then sweetened with a bit of cane sugar to mimic the natural sweetness of sun-ripened berries. Summer in a bottle.
