Oliver Winery Introduces New Estate Bottled Wines Under New Label |
BLOOMINGTON, Indiana—Oliver Winery, Indiana's oldest and largest winery, is releasing nine new estate bottled wines from their Creekbend vineyard with new labels featuring the Creekbend name. These wines will be exclusively available at Oliver Winery's tasting room. These estate bottled wines are produced entirely from grapes grown at Oliver's Creekbend vineyard located 5 miles west of the winery.
The new Creekbend wines have a distinctive package that features a label with an embossed spearhead representing the ancient artifacts that are frequently found at Creekbend vineyard. Winemaker Bill Oliver, explains, “We wanted a look for these wines that clearly differentiated them from our other wines. We also wanted to reinforce the uniqueness of these wines and that they are grown exclusively in our Monroe County vineyard.”
He added, “We are excited about the development of our estate wines. Not only is the quality excellent but the flavors are truly distinctive. These wines will surprise everyone, especially those who are skeptical about growing grapes in south central Indiana.”
The new Creekbend wines are among 20 different wines that are available for complimentary daily tasting at Oliver Winery.
