Italian Fontal ~ Semi-soft cow's milk cheese. Silky texture, sweet, buttery, earthy flavors.
Rogue Creamery Oregon Blue ~ Approachable, clean, briny flavors with notes of sweet cream
Jasper Hill Cabot Clothbound Cheddar ~ Nutty, tangy, English-style cheddar

Valvin Muscat


Sheep's milk cheeses:
Monte Alba Manchego ~ Spanish sheep's milk cheese. Firm, yet buttery texture. Sharp, tangy flavors.
Cypress Grove Lamb Chopper ~ Mild sheep's milk cheese with butter flavors and a long, complex finish.
Ossau-Iraty ~ Dry, firm sheep's milk cheese with nutty and fruity characteristics.

Capriole Fresh Chevre ~ Local goat cheese with flavors of lemon and hints of sweetness.

Ricotta Cheesecake Brulee ~ Amazingly creamy with surprising pops of Merlot-soaked dried cranberries. Pair with our Riesling or Creekbend Vidal Blanc Ice Wine.

Harvest Apple Cake ~ Apples, nutmeg, cranberries and walnuts all packed into a big slice of cake and topped with a maple-infused buttercream frosting. Pair with our Maximum Port.
