Due to the recent decision made on Thursday, August 7, 2008 by the 7th U.S. Circuit Court of Appeals in Chicago, Indiana customers must now have a face-to-face verification form on file in order to have wine shipped to them. Oliver Winery customers must fill this form out at Oliver Winery or at an event that Oliver Winery is present in order for the verification form to be valid. Customer verification forms that were faxed, mailed or filled out via our website prior to August 7, 2008 are no longer eligible to receive wine shipments.
