Indiana wine consumers will once again be able to receive wine shipments from their favorite Indiana wineries without having to visit them first. Judge John D. Tinder ruled that a 2006 IN law requiring IN residents to fill out a face-to-face verification form from any winery they wished to have wine shipped from is unconstitutional.
