About This Wine:
Indiana’s signature wine, Traminette grapes grow very well at Creekbend Vineyard and 2011 was a great year. Our newly installed wind fans fought off the threatening spring frosts this year allowing Traminette to develop great flavor and great chemistry off the vine. Its classic spicy, floral aroma and flavors of apples and tropical fruit make it the perfect partner for spicy Asian, Indian or Mexican dishes. Or serve this holiday season with roast turkey or honey baked ham and all of the trimmings.
