We currently ship to AK, CA, CO, DC, FL, GA, IL, IN, LA, MI, MN, MO, NC, NH, TX, WI, WY. Each state has its own regulations. Direct shipping laws are constantly changing so please contact us to inquire about your state.
(Indiana Customers- In order to have wine shipped to your home or other Indiana address, Indiana Code 7.1-3-26 requires an initial Face-to-Face visit and the completion of a Customer Verification Form. You must visit Oliver Winery to complete this verification form and it only has to be completed once.)
