When do my benefits begin? When you sign up!You can begin to take advantage of your benefits on the day you enroll in the club.If you are giving a wine club membership as a gift, the recipient’s benefits will begin as soon as they receive their first shipment.The shipment will include important information regarding their account.If you are receiving a wine club as a gift, your benefits will begin as soon as you receive your first shipment.
How will I know what will be in each shipment? Each shipment will vary depending on inventory, season, special releases and retail price.Please click below to see what past shipments have included:
We typically know a month in advance.If you can’t wait until the arrival of your wine club shipment, call or email, we are happy to help.
Can I alter my shipments? We have created 3 unique clubs to satisfy a variety of palates.Please contact us if you have any questions about which club is right for you.We are unable to customize each club shipment.You may change the club you belong to by changing your profile.Changes must be received in writing or via email 30 days prior to shipment date.
Keep in mind, you can place an additional order and the wine club discount will apply on 6 bottles or more.

Does someone have to sign for wine shipments? By law, it is necessary to have a person 21 years of age or older sign for the shipment.If no one is home to accept the package, UPS will attempt again.You can also contact UPS to arrange for pick up at your nearest UPS store.The tracking information will be emailed to you when the shipment is processed.
Can I pick up my shipment instead of having it shipped? Yes. We will hold wine club shipments for one week.Pick up arrangements must be made prior to ship date.We will automatically ship wines to the “ship to” address you provided after one week and charge your credit card for the appropriate shipping amount.We simply do not have space to hold wine club orders any longer than one week.
How can I order more wine? It’s easy! Each club shipment will include a wine list with our current wine selection.Please call, email or visit www.oliverwinery.com to place your order.When you place an order online your wine club discount will automatically be applied when 6 bottles or more have been purchased.Just make sure to log in using your username and password.
Can I send the membership as a gift? Absolutely!The wine club membership makes a great gift.You will need to provide a name, email address, mailing address and phone number for the recipient.Your credit card will automatically be charged when the club shipments are sent out.
A notification will NOT be sent to the recipient of the gift until the club shipment has been sent.Please feel free to notify the recipient when you feel appropriate.We would hate to ruin the surprise!
Who gets the discount? The purchaser or the recipient? Both.Giving the membership as a gift is just as good as receiving it, well almost!We are happy to extend member benefits to both the purchaser and the recipient.
How do I change my profile? Visit www.oliverwinery.com and log into "My Account" from the home page (upper right-hand corner).You can change everything except your username from this location.Please contact Todd Walters if you need to change your username.
How do I cancel? While we are sad to see you go, you may cancel at any time after you receive two shipments.We see this wine club as a way to build a relationship with our customers.We pledge to introduce you to quality, crafted wines and build a relationship that will continue to grow through information sharing and memorable experiences.
Cancellations must be communicated in writing or via email30 days prior to shipment date.We hope that you will give us feedback as to why you have decided to cancel your membership.This will help us address your concerns and develop new programs for future members.
Can I rejoin? Of course.Simply call and ask for Todd Walters or email us.Please be sure to mention that you are rejoining the wine club so your username will be the same.
