A classic Zinfandel--rich, warm and ripe.
The fruit for our Zinfandel comes from Lodi, California, which is a sweet spot for growing this particular grape. Zinfandel from Lodi exhibits plenty of soft jammy fruit, a big warm mouthfeel and soft tannins.
Our Zinfandel has the rich brambleberry flavor typical of this variety, and barrel aging has given it an exotic smokiness. This charming and friendly wine appeals to red wine drinkers who enjoy rich, ripe fruit. Delicious with slow-cooked spare ribs and Grandma's famous baked beans.

Lodi, California is a sweet spot for growing this variety.
Crushed lightly, the berries of this fruit yield deep, dark juice. After fermentation, the wine is pressed and racked into barrels for aging. We use 40% new barrels which are a mix of French and American.
A perfect match for grilled meats and barbecue ribs. Hearty Italian dishes like Eggplant Parmesan are perfect with Zinfandel, as are mushroom-based sauces. This wine as an affinity for spicy foods. Enjoy!
