Ice wine is made from grapes harvested in the thick of winter. A deep freeze (think single digits) concentrates the flavor and sugar in the grapes, resulting in a rich dessert wine with notes of tropical fruit and honey. These unique conditions necessary for ice wine harvest mean we don’t get to make it every year! Enjoy after dinner with your best crème brulee or apple pie.
