Private events are hosted in the evening, from 7–10 PM, offering guests a refined, after-hours experience set against Oliver Winery's gardens and hillside.

Seated dinners: up to 75 guests
Standing receptions: up to 100 guests
Rates
Rental fees begin at $1,000, with pricing that scales based on guest count. Rates differ slightly between weekdays and weekends. Our events team can provide a detailed quote tailored to your event date and guest list.
Please note: Saturday availability is limited from Memorial Day through Labor Day. Events falling on IU graduation weekends are subject to separate pricing — please contact our team for details.
Newly remodeled and thoughtfully accented with work from local artists, this intimate private space is perfect for bridal showers, corporate meetings, and networking events, as well as cozy dinners and celebrations. Featuring an adjacent private patio, a warm fireplace, and a large TV for presentations or entertainment, it offers a versatile setting that transitions effortlessly from a productive daytime meeting to a relaxed evening gathering.

Monday–Thursday: $500 for a 2-hour rental
Friday–Sunday: $750 for a 2-hour rental (11 AM–1 PM or 3–5 PM)
Friday–Sunday evenings:$950 for a 3-hour rental (7–10 PM)
Corporate Rates:
Up to 2 hours: $100
Each additional hour: $50
