Wine is a creative business. We make stuff from dirt. It's demanding. And fun! Oliver is a growing company, with a thriving tourism business and distribution in 27 states. We are one of the 50 largest wineries in the U.S. We're a community of smart, diverse professionals with big dreams.

Oliver is the only 100% employee-owned winery in the U.S. Because we are owners, every grape harvested, glass poured, and five-star rating earned means just a little more. Established in 2006, our Employee Stock Ownership Plan (ESOP) is open to all full and part-time staff who work ~2.5 days per week each year. We benefit financially from the company's success. Dare to dream with us. We never stop working toward a brighter future.
