Community Involvement

Giving back to local Indiana communities

Giving is part of living the good life.

We believe in supporting the local communities that make Indiana such a great home for our company, and those that make our world a better place.

Inspired by the passions and legacy of Mary Morgan Oliver, we focus our corporate giving in ways that support our communities in the arts and in health and wellness initiatives.

We adopt families each holiday season, sponsor company-wide volunteer projects, and encourage staff members to participate in not-for-profit organizations. For every employee, the winery matches up to $100 in annual giving. When employees reach five years of service, we donate $500 in their name to a cause of their choice.

We're honored to share our wines and our financial contributions with many local and national organizations, including:

  • American Cancer Society
  • Cardinal Stage
  • Hoosier Hills Food Bank
  • Monroe County CASA
  • New Hope for Families
  • Local Rotary clubs
  • Monroe County United Ministries
  • Keep Indianapolis Beautiful
  • Indianapolis Urban League
  • Sycamore Land Trust
  • Women of the Vine & Spirits
  • The Roots Fund

If you're seeking a donation or sponsorship, complete our online form at least 45 days in advance of your need. Our online donation request system helps us decrease our paper waste. Oliver Winery will first consider requests made using our online form. Thank you!

Oliver Winery Vice President Operations Pete Batule

My goal is to continue to embody our values. I really believe in those—respecting people, getting stuff done, thinking differently, and expecting quality. That drives everything we do. If it’s not at our quality standard, it’s not right.
