For a deeper dive into Oliver Winery, reserve a seated tasting led by one of our Team Members. Designed for guests 21+, this experience takes place in our original tasting room, built in 1973 and remodeled in spring of 2026, where you'll slow down and settle into a guided journey through a curated selection of our wines.
Your Team Member will teach you how to taste with intention, sharing the history and process behind our winemaking along the way. It's an immersive introduction for visitors who want the full story behind Oliver Winery, not just a taste of it .
