Cocktails with Casey

Fun is the essence of Cocktails with Casey. In these videos you'll learn how to make top-notch cocktails, while not taking the recipes, or life, too seriously. Add in your own flare to make these concoctions your own. Cheers!

Mead Smash

  • 1 oz bourbon
  • 0.5 oz simple syrup
  • 0.5 oz lemon juice
  • 1 oz Cointreau
  • Camelot Mead

Mix everything except the mead in a cocktail shaker with ice. Shake and strain over ice in lowball glass. Top with Camelot Mead. Garnish with lemon. Cheers!

Catawba Frosé

  • 1 bottle Creekbend Catawba
  • 0.5 oz simple syrup
  • 3 oz vodka (bonus points for an infused vodka flavor!)
  • 2 c ice

Pour Catawba in an ice cube tray and freeze (typically requires at least 4 hours). Add Catawba cubes, ice cubes, simple syrup, and vodka to blender. Blend until slushy and add more ice if necessary.
Enjoy!

Margarita Blanca

  • 3 oz Oliver Sauvignon Blanc
  • 1 oz Cointreau (triple sec)
  • 1 oz tequila
  • 1 lime

Rim glass with lime wedge and dip in salt. Mix wine, triple sec, and tequila in glass or shaker. Add juice of 1 lime and ice. Enjoy!

Lavender Lemonade

  • 1.5 oz elderflower liqueur⁣
  • 3 oz lemonade ⁣
  • Lavender Cucumber Chill⁣
  • Lemon slice⁣

Mix lemonade and liqueur in cocktail shaker. Pour in collins glass over ice. Fill the rest of the glass with Lavender Cucumber Chill. Add garnish and enjoy!

Red Wine Hot Chocolate

  • 1 c milk
  • 1/2 c hot chocolate mix (preferably dark chocolate)
  • 3/4 c Oliver Dry Red Blend
  • 1/2 tsp vanilla extract

Heat red wine and milk in separate saucepans until they simmer. Add hot chocolate mix to milk. Stir until combined. Turn off heat, add vanilla extract to red wine. Stir. Pour hot chocolate into mugs (about halfway). Top with red wine blend and stir. Add marshmallows and a sprinkle of chocolate powder. Enjoy!

The Cherry Chirp

  • 4 oz Oliver Cherry Moscato
  • 2 oz botanical gin
  • Splash of cranberry juice
  • Fresh cranberries & rosemary for garnish

Stir chilled Cherry Moscato and gin in cocktail glass. Add a small splash of cranberry juice. Garnish and enjoy!
