ENTRANCE AND PARKING INFO
Upon arrival, you’ll be greeted by a Camp Oliver Welcome Counselor. They will ask you if you already have a ticket or if you would like to purchase one! They (and our Parking Attendants) will help guide you to one of our three available lots - please see the above for order of priority parking or ask our Parking Attendants for assistance.

WELCOME & CHECK-IN
Once you are parked, head to the Check-In tent, located near Mess Hall on the way to the Main Tasting Room. Our Camp Counselors are ready check your ticket & ID. All guests 21+ must have an Oliver Winery wristband to participate in any wine service throughout the event, including the Tasting Trail and Wine Garden Tent. This area will also serve as a “check-out” area where we will sell day-of tickets and our special-feature Camp Oliver Wine Tumbler until 7pm. All Campers must first stop at our Check-In Tent before participating in activities such as the Kid/Activity Zones, Live Music, or Tasting Trail.
Once you are checked in, make sure you scan our QR codes to stay in the loop. Don’t worry if you lose it, we have plenty of places throughout our grounds that you can access the code.

Kids 12 and under get in for free! Tickets for sale at check-in are $25 plus tax.

LIVE MUSIC IN THE VINEYARD
12pm, 4pm, 7pm
Kick back on your lawn chair or blanket, relax, and enjoy camp jams on the main stage in the vines.

From 11am-2pm, our Activities Assistant will be stationed to collect signup information for teams interested in participating in our Cornhole Tournament or S’mores Building Relay Competitions.

Designed for ages 12 and under, the Kids Camp Zone will be bursting with fun! Check out the Bounce House, Face Painter, Balloon Twister, oversized Jenga and Connect Four, and cornhole - all included free of charge.
Plus, don’t miss special vendors serving up extra fun! Chocolate Moose Ice Cream or create something messy and memorable at the Slime Bar. Vendor purchases are available separately and are not included with the Camp Oliver admission.

At 2pm, the Kid Zone turns into an Activity Zone and our Wine Garden Tent opens. The Activity Zone will still have the bounce house, oversized Jenga and Connect Four games, grassy overflow space for lawn chair/blanket seating, and the Wine Garden Tent, which will have wine available for purchase by the glass. All guests who visit the Wine Tent must have a green wristband obtained from the check-in tent.

Outside of our Tasting Trail experience, campers can visit the Main Tasting Room or our Wine Garden Tent in the Activity Zone for additional wine service. Wine service in the Main Tasting Room is available by the glass or bottle only. Please note our kitchen is closed for the day, and we will not be serving wine flights. General sampling of our entire wine list is available at the Main Tasting Room Bar. The covered pergola and patio areas are open seating that are first-come first-served. Servers will be servicing our patios from 2-8pm for glasses or bottles.
The Main Tasting Room will be open until 9pm for carryout sales as well - stop in to check out our S’moresfest promotions!

The Wine Garden Tent will have a limited wine menu and will be selling wine by the glass only (no sampling). Camp Oliver Wine Tumblers can be purchased here, while supplies last. All guests visiting the wine tent must have a green wristband that is obtained through the check-in tent by parking.

TASTING TRAIL AND HEADQUARTERS
Tasting Trail & Headquarters 2-8pm
Check in at our Tasting Trail Headquarters Tent to grab your free field guide that you fill with goodies along the way. On the trail, guests can visit five stations to sample four wine cocktails and our new Spritz wines - where campers cast their vote on their favorite flavor!
At each tasting tent, campers receive a unique Camp Oliver sticker that fills the field guide collection - when the guide is complete and all stickers are in, revisit the Tasting Trail headquarters Tent to show them the completed guide for a raffle ticket in return. Campers are entered to win a Solo Stove and the winner will be emailed by Wednesday, June 24.
Camp Oliver Wine Tumblers can be purchased here, while supplies last. All guests participating in wine tasting during the Tasting Trail must have a green wristband obtained from check-in near parking – no exceptions.

S'MORES VILLAGE & ROASTING STATIONS
S’mores Bars & Roasting Stations 12-8pm
Can’t have S’moresfest without s’mores! Our traditional bar is included with your Camp Oliver admission, but you can’t miss out on the Gourmet Bar for only an additional $5, featuring our team’s decadent recipes or a pick-your-own toppings option featuring fun and unique s’mores ingredients. Once you have built your perfect creation, head to a roasting station to toast your marshmallows and enjoy!

Grub down at Mess Hall! Visit one of our onsite Food Trucks (Flam’N Grill, Taco Boss, and Phat Daddy BBQ’s) and enjoy open seating (first-come, first-served).

In this area, we will be hosting the S’mores Building Relay Competitions at 1pm (Kids Edition) and 5pm (Adult/Family Edition). Read more about how to sign up for these competitions below!

The Cornhole Tournament will happen in the Activity Zone. Features 4 teams of 2 players each and is played through a bracket until a winning team of 2 is crowned. Last two standing will two receive complimentary Camp Oliver Wine Tumblers!

The S’mores Building Relay Competitions take place near Mess Hall and the S’mores Village. Behind barrels, team members will line up and await their turn to dash toward our S’mores Ingredients table to collect their item and run back to build their attempt at the tallest stack of traditional s’mores! If the stack falls over, they’re OUT! The last s’mores-stacking team left will win a prize! We will run TWO rounds of this competition for the 5pm relay. Spots for the adult/family time slot are limited to 8 teams of up to 4 people per team.

Interested in signing up? Visit our Activities Assistant in the Activity
Zone between 11am-2pm to get on the list! Once the lists are full, we will start a small back-up registration list in the event one of those teams is unable to make it. Players will provide their first/last name and contact phone number so we can contact them when it is time to play the games. We will attempt to reach out twice before moving on to the next team on the guest list.

FIRST AID, RESTROOMS, WATER STATIONS
If an injury happens or you have a safety concern, please notify an Oliver Winery team member immediately. The designated spot on the Map is a spot for guests who need help can go, as we will have team members in or near that area at all times.

Restrooms can be located in our overflow parking lot area (porta-potties) or inside our Main Tasting Room.

Water Stations are located in several areas as indicated on the maps. If you happen to notice that a water station needs refilled, please notify a team member. Bottled water can be available for purchase inside our Main Tasting Room.
