Cellar Club | Fall 2025

Dry wines evoke a sense of coziness that we can't help but appreciate in the winter months. Whether you're pairing them with a hearty winter meal, a holiday celebration, or a cozy day snowed-in, the rich, jammy flavors of Cabernet Sauvignon or the lush, juicy quality of Shiraz are a welcome addition in the cooler months.

Casse-Tête 2024
This Bordeaux-style blend is one of our newest dry red wines. Fruit harvested at peak ripeness is crushed and sent straight to our tanks for warm fermentation and followed by a secondary malolactic fermentation. In order to maintain strong fruit-forward characteristics, this blend is aged primarily in stainless steel. The name “Casse-Tête” is French for “puzzle” or “brain teaser” to symbolize its unique blend of fruit which influences color, intensity, flavor, aroma, tannin, and structure. The 2024 is our second vintage, full of rich flavors of cherry, black currant, blueberry, cocoa, vanilla, and clove, with youthful-yet-smooth tannins. Pair with a home-cooking date night. Steak, beef bourguignon, or aged cheddar will make this wine shine.

Cabernet Franc 2022
This Cabernet Franc captures the elegance and complexity of one of Bordeaux’s most storied varietals. Sourced from the volcanic soils of Lake County, California, the vines produce low yields of deeply concentrated fruit. Fermented warm and pumped over daily for rich color and supple tannins, this wine was aged 18 months in a mix of French and American neutral oak barrels. The result is a smooth, expressive red layered with notes of strawberry, cherry, dried fruit, and a touch of black pepper and spice. Enjoy now or cellar for up to three years. Pair with roasted lamb, mushroom risotto, or aged Gouda.

Malbec 2024
This Washington-grown Malbec showcases the grape’s bold, dark fruit character with smooth, approachable structure. The White Bluffs AVA in the Columbia Valley offers warm days and cool nights to create balance between richness and bright acidity. Fermented warm and pumped over multiple times per day for deep color and soft tannins, the wine was aged for nine months in a mix of French and American neutral oak barrels. The result is a lush, full-bodied red with notes of blackberry, plum, cocoa, vanilla, and baking spice. Pair with grilled meats, roasted vegetables, or anything cooked over an open flame.

Creekbend III 2024
This blend of Vignoles and Vidal Blanc showcases our growing & winemaking abilities and innovation. The Vignoles portion of this wine is fermented in oak barrels and aged on the lees for several months, while Vidal Blanc is fermented in stainless steel, creating a blend with a bright, tropical nose and buttery, supple finish. This wine adds a touch of class to summer evenings and is ideal for candlelit dinners and slow, unhurried nights in.

Cabernet Sauvignon 2022
One of the classics. An approachable Cab with fruit sourced from Lodi & Paso Robles, California. Gentle handling and barrel aging are key elements in maintaining fruit-forward flavor and bold yet soft tannins. While this wine will age beautifully for another 10-12 years, it is delicious now with aromas of cinnamon on the nose and flavors of currant and vanilla on the finish. Serve with bold flavors, such as red meats, or stuffed portabellas.

Creekbend Club | Fall 2025
The Creekbend Collection represents the heart of Oliver’s winemaking heritage. These wines showcase estate-grown fruit from our former Creekbend Vineyard in the Indiana Uplands AVA, fruit nurtured on limestone-rich hillsides that produced exceptional character and balance. Each vintage reflects the unique terroir and careful cultivation that defined Creekbend for decades.
