Peach Compote
A delicious addition to top off your spring brunch menu. Fresh peach & warm cinnamon flavor are a combination that's hard to resist. We've tried it on parfaits, waffles, croissants (& croffles too!) and haven't found a combination we don't love yet!
Peach Pie Compote
- 4 large ripe peaches peeled and diced
- 3 tablespoon honey
- 3 tablespoon Oliver Winery Peach Pie
- 2 tablespoon fresh lemon juice
- 1 teaspoon ground cinnamon
Heat in a saucepan over medium high heat. Combine all ingredients and stir frequently until it comes to a boil. Reduce heat and simmer for about ten minutes, stirring occasionally.
